You should be crystal clear on what you are offering the market, but what you are offering should also have different “applications” available to it.

 

What does Apple offer the market? iPads? No. They offer elegant, ultra beautiful, technologically superior consumer products. One “application” of that offer is an iPad.

 

What does Walmart offer? Kitchen utensils? Electronics? No. They offer cheaper stuff, all in one place.

 

Elegant and beautiful, or cheap can be applied to all sorts of things. And that’s the correct basis from which to work and make offers to the marketplace.

 

What do you offer? The news is, it’s not typically your core product or service, i.e. coaching, software, financial services, management consulting, etc. It has to be WHAT MAKES THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE EXCEPTIONALLY VALUABLE!

 

Once you figure out the what makes it valuable part, you’ll be able to expand your product or service line successfully into multiple deliverables without losing your brand. Ready…GO !!!!
