Bob Hackenson - A Performance to Admire

I would like to take a moment this morning to acknowledge Bob Hackenson who has been an incredibly reliable asset for the Chapter! His company is Dynamic Influence, which trains and motivates the sales team in a company like First Data, Sam Adams, & NY Life, and to help them get much more out of their trade show presence than they ever imagined possible. He has recently expanded his services to inspire sales teams for exceptional performance in their dealings with customers and prospects every day. However, there is much more to know about Bob than the exceptional results he delivers for companies needing to ignite a spark in their sales team...

THE STORY OF BOB HACKENSON
I first met Bob at one of our social networking events in 2007. As I observed him flowing through the room, I noticed that he consistently attracted a crowd of people around him who were completely engaged in meaningful conversation. He later came up to me saying that he was a new member of the AMA and was very interested in getting more involved. When I asked him why he joined the chapter, he explained that he really wanted to connect with other people and expand his network. So, we gave him one of the best jobs we have, which is to make dozens of phone calls every month to welcome every new member when they joined our chapter. Bob is the first voice that new members hear when they join the chapter and I am eternally grateful for his contribution.

In preparation for the XPO, Bob came to our Saturday morning work sessions and demonstrated his leadership and brilliance by training and motivating our team of volunteers to work in our booth. Bob gave each of us a plan and the tools we needed to have powerful conversations with people at the show. Bob also performed astounding magic tricks at the show, that was the delight of everyone around him. Bob is a good person to know and he delivers on his promises! He is a master communicator, a good business man, and I will always be thankful for what Bob Hackenson has done for his chapter!
